Booking Policies
Late Arrival
Please be on time for your appointment. There is a grace period of 10 minutes. 11 minutes after your appointment time will be a late fee of $10. After 20 minutes your appointment will get cancelled.
Travel
Travel bookings must be booked a month before. I only travel for 3 or more people. You can contact me directly for travel bookings. Travel fee is included!
Schedule
Earlier appointments – $20 fee.
Late night appointments – $20 fee.
Squeeze in appointments – $30 fee (squeeze ins are not guaranteed)
Appointments from 12am – 5am is a $50 fee.
Payment
All services require a $20 Non refundable deposit. Deposit goes towards the total. Remaining balance can be payed by cash only!
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24hrs before appointment time. If you cancel your appointment the deposit will not be refundable. If you reschedule an appointment your deposit can be transferred only once. No call no show will result in being banned from booking.
Additional Information
– Please come to your appointment with a freshly washed face no makeup.
– Remove all unwanted facial hair.
– Brows must be fully groomed. There will be a $5 up charge for brow grooming.
– Come to your appointment dressing comfortably in a suitable attire that your neck and chest area is visible.
– Please provide a working number and correct email address so I can contact you if needed.
Very important
If you have any open wounds on your face I cannot provide any service. No kids, no parent absolutely no extra quest is allowed! I am home base limited space in my makeup studio. When booking please make sure you pay attention to the makeup service. Last minute changes can affect the time. Please be sure to remain off your phone during your service.
